	Course Outline: The A•Tect trainer training course covers the following topics:
	The opportunity: Protectics Limited will work with people in your organisation, training them to become A•Tect trainers. They can then teach people to become A•Tect coaches who can run the program for people that need help with anger issues. A•Tect Trainer Training is a four day trainer certification course that teaches A•Tect coaches to become A•Tect trainers. What is covered on the A•Tect Trainer training course: The trainer training course is delivered as two two-day courses with a minimum gap of two-weeks between them to allow for revision. Substantial reading and other personal study is required to be performed during this time. All necessary books and materials are supplied.
		The course starts with a one-day review of the A•Tect course. As all attendees will already have A•Tect Coach certification the first day looks at how best to deliver the course for optimum learning outcomes and the changes needed when training coaches. Day two focuses on the theory of Anger Management and introduces the delegates to additional knowledge and background information regarding Anger Management. During the minimum two-week gap the delegates will be given several anger management resources to study and report back on. Day three reviews the work completed in the preceding weeks and looks at how knowledge of anger and anger management techniques can be used to improve the training given to coaches. Day four focuses on problems that can affect the ability of either a coach or a learner to benefit from anger management training and how these problems can be overcome.
	The course contains both theory and practical sessions and delegates will each be expected to lead a training session.

	Course Costs:
	On-site course: £4995 (+ VAT) per four-day course, for up to four attendees. All attendees must have current A•Tect Coach certification and been active as an A•Tect coach for at least three months. All trainers are required to attend annual A•Tect trainer re-certification training of one-day at a cost of £1195 (+ VAT) per course (not per trainer).
